Planning Poker Pro does not collect, store, or share any personal information about its users. No accounts are required to use the Service.
We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personally identifiable information. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. We do not run ads or sell anything.
Our hosting provider (Render) may automatically generate standard server logs including IP addresses and request metadata. These are retained for up to 24 months for security and troubleshooting purposes and are not used to identify individual users.
If You choose to link a Jira account, We receive an OAuth access token from Atlassian. This token is used solely to fetch and update Jira issue data on Your behalf during Your active session. We do not store this token in any database or persistent storage — it exists only in server memory and is discarded when the server restarts or Your session ends.
Planning room data (player names, votes, issues) exists only in server memory for the duration of an active session. It is never written to a database or disk and is lost when the session ends or the server restarts.
Our Service is not directed at anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 16.
Our Service may contain links to other websites not operated by Us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
